If you told me a year ago that I’d be on live television talking about my book, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. But that’s exactly what happened when FOX 10 Phoenix invited me to their studio!

The Day Before

I was SO nervous. I must have practiced answering questions in front of my mirror about a hundred times, and I picked out my outfit the night before (that’s important, trust me 😆).

Walking into the FOX 10 studio felt amazing. Everything looked so much bigger in person: the cameras, the lights, the news desk. The crew was so nice!

When the cameras started rolling, I felt something click. All of my nerves turned into excitement! I got to talk about Escape Gravestone Caverns and share my passion for writing with so many viewers. It was one of the best experiences of my life!

If there’s one thing I learned from this experience, it’s that stepping outside your comfort zone is always worth it. I’m so grateful to the FOX 10 team for the opportunity and to everyone who watched!
